This magnificent holidayhouse is situated at only 4 kms from the city Sainte Maxime (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). The house is fully fenced and offers parking for several cars. On the front there is a welsheltered terrace and a game of pétanque. On the backside of the holidayhouse there is another terrace with barbecue and splendid panoramic seaview. Large windows in the livingroom give you acces to the outside terrace with beautiful seaview. A few stairs lead to the sea where you can swim and do some snorkling.
The sea is your private pool and by closing the small security door, your children are safe.
Many activities are possible in the area like, surfing on the beach (300m), tenniscourt with training lessons for the youngest, diving in Sainte-Maxime and Les Issambres, 3 golf at min. 15' drive.
This holidayhouse give you a kind of boatfeeling, not only because of the interior, but also by its unique situation.
The beach is at 300 m (la Nartelle) with all facilities as sea motorbikes, sailing, restaurants, scuba-diving ... .
