Sainte Maxime (83) - -Domaine du Préconil Studio cabin - approximately 22 m² - up to 4 people Accommodation: This holiday apartment consists of an entrance, a living room with a convertible sofa bed for two people, a television , a fitted kitchen area, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a small cabin with bunk beds. A very nice balcony, quiet, a pleasant view of the greenery and the residence. The advantages of this holiday rental in Sainte Maxime: this very functional accommodation has a washing machine. It is equipped with a beautiful sunny balcony in the morning and in the shade of the umbrella pines in the afternoon. The Domaine du Préconil will offer you a large green park and a beautiful communal swimming pool with a paddling pool for children. End of stay cleaning included. Practical information: The residence secured by a gate (opening with vigik) includes a large visitor parking lot. You can then go to the center or to the beach on foot, taking the footbridge that spans the Préconil.
