This very bright studio is located on the 4th floor with elevator and has a very beautiful south-facing loggia with a view of the city and the sea. A sleeping area in the entrance, a kitchen area equipped with an induction hob 2 burners, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living room has a two-seater convertible.
