This villa is strategically located. In fact, you only have to walk 800m to reach a beautiful beach. There are also a number of restaurants and beach bars.
A grocery shop is also just a few hundred metres away.
The nearest shops (Grimaud, Cogolin, Saint Maxime) are just a few kilometres away by car.
Nothing has been left to chance in the furnishings of this house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious bedrooms each have their own private bathroom, one of which also has a large balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a wide range of appliances, including toasters, juicers, Nespresso machines, ice-makers and 2 fridges. Outside, there are several lounges, dining tables with fridge or plancha, sunbathing areas with sunbed, parking space, petanque area and large garden.
Situated in the Clos des Mûres, at the end of a lane, this villa offers you a peaceful holiday. Hidden away in the garden, you'll be able to take full advantage of the privacy of the outdoor spaces. There are covered terraces for meals (gas plancha), sunny terraces for sunbathing, a pétanque court, a large garden and a magnificent heated swimming pool (May - September inclusive).
