Villa 11 bedroom Sainte-maxime

Attractive family estate with private swimming pool and tennis court (7000m2 flat and secured), in a domain in Sainte-Maxime, Côte d'Azur, for 22 persons. It is located 1000m from the beach and 2500m from the centre of Sainte-Maxime.

The garden offers winding paths through subtropical vegetation, majestic old trees (pin umbrellas) and borders filled with flowers and herbs.

At the main house you will find two terraces, both of which are accessible from the house as well as via (wide) stairs from the garden. One of the terraces is a real eye-catcher and stretches across much of the width of the villa. There is a covered section and a section with a long dining table, flanked by a generous lounge on the other side. You can enjoy the view over the bay towards St Tropez. The other terrace is a little more intimate and is adjacent to the kitchen, ideal for your breakfast, a cup of coffee in the open air.
More terrasses at the main villa are to be found adjoining the bedrooms.

A wide staircase leads you to the entrance with a guest toilet, leading you to the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. In the entrance a staircase leads to the master bedroom with balcony and a breathtaking view.

The living room is equipped with spacious sliding doors that open onto the partly covered terrace overlooking the bay of Saint-Tropez.
From the living room is a hallway with access to two bedrooms, both with French windows: they share a nice and large balcony with sea vie and a bathroom.

Here you will also find stairs to the garden level where the remaining three bedrooms are to be found. One with a private bathroom and the two others that share a bathroom. Also, there is a nice shower room. All three bedrooms have French windows to the garden.

There are two guesthouses and according to your party and your wishes one of them will be prepared for you. The guest quarters have a private entrance with a carport for two cars.

Maison d’Amis
A romantic house, near the main villa. It has an entrance, a (simple) kitchen, dining area and a living room. Both with French doors opening to a partial covered terrace and garden. There is a bedroom with a private bathroom and two other bedrooms that share the second bathroom. All bedrooms have French windows opening to the garden.

Next to Maison d’Amis, but separated. A door opens to an intimate enclosed terrace. You will see two pair of French windows, both giving access to an independent bedroom. Both have their own bathroom.
There is no internal connecting door between the bedrooms.
Access to Maison Patio is available from the 19th person

The pool is beautiful and surrounded by a hedge with two entrance gates. On two sides, there are stair steps in the pool near the shallow end and there are iron ladders at the other side, in the deep end. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the terrace.

In between the two guesthouses you will find a pétanque court.
A pathway leads to your private tennis hard court.

Final cleaning is included, as well as interim cleaning, linen (sheets, towels, bath towels and kitchen linen).
We have (on request and at extra cost) a good cook who can cook delicious meals for you and a babysitter.

On the other side of the property, completely private and secluded is a small house where the managers live. They are in charge of maintenance so you can enjoy your stay undisturbed.
