Semi-detached villa with Mediterranean charm, full of character and authenticity. Nestled in lush greenery. This holiday rental is located in a small, quiet residence, just a few hundred meters from Nartelle beach.
Furnished in a Provençal style and opening onto the outside, it comprises an entrance hall, a beautiful, bright living room with a separate, fully equipped kitchen, and on the ground floor, two bedrooms: one with a 140cm double bed and one with two single beds, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. There is also a sleeping area with a sofa bed.
End-of-stay cleaning included.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility
Upstairs on the mezzanine: two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed of 160 and a bathroom with toilet.
The lush garden is overflowing with plants and flowers. It is planted with umbrella pines, oaks, and olive trees, all enclosed by a fence.
The terrace, with its beautiful sea view, features a covered dining area protected from the sun, as well as garden furniture and two sun loungers.
