This beautiful house in SAINTE-MAXIME is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.
With its generous area of 122 m² and its 4 bedrooms, it offers all the necessary comfort for a successful stay under the sun of the French Riviera, perfectly combining space and conviviality.
The sleeping areas have been designed with everyone's comfort in mind. The bedroom and two other rooms each have a double bed (140x200 cm) for optimal comfort. A fourth bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm), a perfect setup for children or teenagers.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
For your comfort, the house has two bathrooms, making it easy for your group to organize themselves. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, blender, and toaster. For your mornings, you can choose between a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned, has a Wifi connection and a washing machine, a real plus for long stays.
Your four-legged companions are also welcome as pets are allowed.
The outdoor spaces are truly enchanting. You can enjoy a garden and a balcony, but above all, a terrace that remains shaded throughout, offering an ideal and cool setting for al fresco lunches – a real bonus during the summer months. A griddle is also available for your grilling needs.
Relaxation continues by the superb private pool. Heated for your comfort, it is open from April to October, allowing you to extend the pleasures of swimming throughout the season.
